Thermostatic mixing valve

Water pressure reducers and check valves belong to the group of protective and safety fittings used in the construction of heating and water supply systems. Water pressure reducers are designed to reduce pressure in domestic and industrial water supply systems. The reducer maintains a constant preset outlet pressure (adjustable) in both dynamic and static operating modes, regardless of fluctuations in inlet pressure. Installing this product helps to prevent damage caused by excessive pressure and water hammer, and also reduces water consumption.

PROFACTOR® offers two types of pressure reducers that differ in design – diaphragm type and valve–piston type. Valve–piston reducers are factory–set to an outlet pressure of 2.5 bar, and diaphragm reducers to 3 bar. If adjustment is required, it can be carried out without removing the product by setting the desired outlet pressure in the range of 1–4 bar for valve–piston reducers and 1–6 bar for diaphragm reducers.

Temperature adjustment range:

PF RVM 395.15 – from 25 °C to 55 °C;

PF RVM 395.20 and 395.25 – from 38 °C to 60 °C

Maximum inlet hot water temperature: 85 °C

Operating pressure: up to 14 bar

Maximum differential pressure between cold and hot water at inlet: 3 bar
