Cutter for multilayer pipes

The cutter is designed for manual cutting at a right angle of multi-layer (composite) and plastic
pipes with an outer diameter of up to 42 mm inclusive.
The presence of a ratchet mechanism reduces the operator’s required cutting effort. In the
closed position, the cutter is secured with a locking latch.
