Water pressure reducers are designed to reduce pressure in domestic and industrial water supply systems. The reducer maintains a constant preset outlet pressure (adjustable) in both dynamic and static operating modes, regardless of fluctuations in inlet pressure. Installing this product helps to prevent damage caused by excessive pressure and water hammer, and also reduces water consumption.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003cp\u003ePROFACTOR® offers two types of pressure reducers that differ in design – diaphragm type and valve–piston type. Valve–piston reducers are factory–set to an outlet pressure of 2.5 bar, and diaphragm reducers to 3 bar.
